Shipping
Shipments are usually dispatched within 2 days of receiving payment, with tracking and delivery without signature. Deliveries can be made to an address or a pickup point. Regardless of the chosen shipping option, you will receive a link to track your package online. If you do not receive it, please contact us.
Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and shipping costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees depend on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping ordered products into a single shipment. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, so shipping fees will apply to each order individually.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but we take every precaution to properly secure fragile items. Boxes are appropriately sized, and your products are well-protected.
