TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE
§ 1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions define the rules for making purchases in the online store operated by the Seller at www.sklep.karbonit.pl.
The Seller is Piotr Popławski KARBONIT, a sole proprietorship registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), VAT ID: 7282534117.

These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller.
The Customer is required to read the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
The Seller complies with personal data protection regulations in accordance with the GDPR.
§ 2 Definitions
Terms and Conditions – this document.
Online Store – the online service available at www.sklep.karbonit.pl.
Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit with legal capacity, placing an order in the Store.
Consumer – a natural person making purchases not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person conducting a sole proprietorship who makes a purchase not directly related to their business activity.
Goods – a movable item offered in the Store.
Sales Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
Order – a declaration of intent by the Customer aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement.
Teleinformatics System – a system enabling the conclusion of distance contracts.
§ 3 Placing Orders
Orders can be placed 24/7 via the Online Store.
Prices listed in the Store are gross prices in Polish zloty (PLN).
Orders are valid if the Customer provides all necessary data.
The Customer receives an electronic order confirmation.
The order processing time is calculated from the moment the payment is credited or the "cash on delivery" option is selected.
§ 4 Delivery Costs and Time
Goods are shipped to the specified address.
Delivery costs are specified on the Store's website.
The estimated delivery time is provided in the product description.
§ 5 Payments
The Customer may make payments via:
- traditional bank transfer,
- cash on delivery,
- online payment systems.
Payments should be made within 7 days from placing the order.
§ 6 Withdrawal from the Agreement
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason.
Returns can be made by sending the withdrawal form and the Goods to the Seller’s address.
A refund will be issued within 14 days.
The right to withdraw does not apply in cases specified in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
§ 7 Complaints and Warranty
The Goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Complaints can be submitted via the contact form.
Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
If a defect is found, the Customer may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or withdraw from the agreement.
§ 8 Personal Data Protection
The administrator of personal data is the Seller.
Data is processed for order fulfillment in accordance with the GDPR.
The Customer has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their data.
§ 9 Final Provisions
The Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, which take effect upon publication on the Store’s website.
Disputes between the Customer and the Seller may be resolved amicably or before a court competent for the Seller’s registered office.
